• Contact and communicate with local business owners within the community to find new locations to further expand the reach of “The Oswegonian” within the Oswego community

• Maintain specific time frames for the delivery of the newspapers both on and off-campus

• Communicate with Seats Transportation to coordinate the pick-up and arrival time of the papers each week

 

Laker Review Editor  (November 2020 - May 2021)       

• Copyedit articles to ensure clarity and adherence to Associated Press Stylebook and guidelines

• Compile a weekly rundown to be distributed to writers and networked within the campus community to generate content for the “Laker Review”

• Coordinate with the Editor-in-Chief and Managerial Editor any major page layouts that will require greater changes in advance

• Familiarize with Adobe programs such as Photoshop and InDesign to design the pages for the “Laker Review”

• Communicate deadlines with the Graphic Design Coordinator as well as provide reference photos for the cover art of each issue

• Remain adaptable while maintaining a tight schedule to finish the “Laker Review” in a timely manner
